The staff has reached out to the administrators here at Smiley Hospital that they are not being evaluated acceptably for the work that is being done, pondering the responsibilities. With the errands mature, a satisfactory number of get-togethers have been held, and each staff member feels like their responsibilities are not being accurately reviewed; they feel their assessments will be off course.
Employee Morale & Motivation
The soul is low, and the staff is pondering the problems/issues that were lined out above. How might we, as drivers, get together and foster one more procedure that could address the responsibilities of every abandoned employee except bringing the staff’s soul back up for their reliable positions and responsibilities? Watching out for each employee’s fight with potential solutions could help the staff feel like their responsibilities and individual features are concentrated on appropriately choosing current and different approaches to assumptions.
Solution
The directors at Smiley Hospital have thought up a solution for the staff who felt they were being concentrated oddly, considering the different age packs each staff part was endowed with. Each staff part will turn their assigned patient age pack at customary stretches so every part has a comparable degree of time with each age bunch and the responsibilities that go with each age pack they were endowed. The solution will convey more respect for each age bunch and the different sorts of Responsibilities that are related to all of the different age get-togethers.

Conclusion
