Explain the population of your study. The use of the drug should be described in no more than three sentences. The following should be added: age range, gender, geographical location, and any other demographic factors peculiar to the identified population.

The population of interest in this study would be grown-ups between the ages of 18 and 35. They are from urban and suburban places in the United States, such as New York, Atlanta, Ardmore, and Richmond Heights. Thus, the study recruits people of different ethnicities and different socioeconomic statuses. There are such people here, and those of them who are males and females can have signs of depression and anxiety.

Targeted participants should be physically capable of performing exercises at a moderate level of intensity or exertion. Furthermore, participants in the study would be required to own a cycle or have access to a bicycle and have membership in a gym or any other exercise facility. Finally, the study would not comprise people with significant physical ailments or a disability due to injury.

Describe your sampling strategy. Give an account of at least one paragraph about your sampling technique for selecting respondents, how you would possibly try to conduct a survey, and challenges likely to be witnessed in the survey process. You should use one of the following techniques: random, stratified, cluster, systematic, or convenience. Therefore, depending on the purpose of the survey and the population, your strategy should be as follows;

As it will be observed, simple random sampling would also strive to survey because it is the least biased type of sampling. In this method, individuals will be selected using a random and arbitrary method, which means every person in the population will be equally likely to be chosen as the specimen. The first procedural step will, therefore, be the identification of the target population.

Afterward, a choice of sample frame and sampling method will be made. Then, data will be gathered, and the response rate will be determined. The pre-survey concepts of thinking and modes of conducting themselves of the target population are the possible sources of biases that may impact the surveys. In addition, coverage errors represent an average problem in which the survey fails to concentrate on the proper individuals, which may also affect the results. There is also a possibility of getting wrong results due to sampling and measurement errors within the survey.
