Using the practice methods that best suit the learning style, such as visual for visual learners and discussion for auditory learners, the VARK model offers simplicity for how individual learning styles are to be addressed.

Its major limitations concern the fact that research has failed to show how hitching teaching methods to learning styles improves academic results. This leads to a question of its effectiveness since it cannot differentiate between learners in complex ways (Adel Mohamed Aboregela, 2023).
