• Look over the totals again.
• Click “submit” to send for confirmation.

Step 5: Check with the preceptor for confirmation

• Contact your preceptor again so they can quickly verify your hours.
• Check CAP to see if it says “Approved/Confirmed.”
• Take a picture of or download your confirmed CAP log (proof of 100+ hours).

Step 6: Submit the Final Proof in the Courseroom

• Go to the NURS FPX 6080 course room.
• Find the place to turn in Assessment 5.
