I have managed to fulfil the mandatory 50 practicum hours in this course in a hospital-based clinical setting in the United States. These hours were met according to the Capella University guidelines, which stated that all practicum activities were not paid and were in no way related to my employment duties. The experience also presented a good challenge to improve my clinical knowledge, professional skills, and appreciation of healthcare delivery systems.

During the practicum, I was actively involved with a range of clinical and observational experiences, which helped me to learn and develop professionally. I interacted with healthcare teams, nurses, physicians, and other allied health professionals to learn more about collaborative practices in care. I have also provided a screenshot of my recorded hours and presented documentation to prove that I successfully completed the practicum requirements as required.

In general, the practicum experience has contributed to my professional development.
